In 1952, on the 50th anniversary of Scrooge’s arrival in Duckburg, the Beagleboys, Magica De Spell and Flintheart Glomgold unite and vow to use the occasion to their own sinister designs. They arrange a contest, inviting everybody in Duckburg to find the ‘perfect’ gift for Scrooge, and announce a large party as a ruse for keeping Scrooge away from his Money Bin.
