Gyro invents a powerful robot which comes to replace Launchpad's deeds but it all goes downward when the robot becomes acting strange and hostile against the Ducks family. The robot imprisons Uncle Scrooge and Gyro and the three nephews turn to Launchpad for help who is more than willing to help. This way he can re-establish his status as a hero which was temporarily replaced by the evil robot
