For some reason COAzilla does not understand urls with semicolons. For example:

There are no URLs with semicola on COA. The problem is that "&" becomes "&" in HTML, so URLs with "&" have to be encoded as "http://coa.inducks.or...dcomment=1 &reportsolved=3357". COA then inserts a "</a>" in the middle of the "&", and so it looks as if the URL contains a semicolon. "http://coa.inducks.or...dcomment=1 &reportsolved=3357" is then displayed as "http://coa.inducks.or...dcomment=1 &;reportsolved=3357".

I assume that this is a minor problem.
