fr	Le jour du grand nettoyage, Donald et ses neveux explorent le grenier et ces derniers découvrent un portrait de leur ancêtre, le vieux professeur Donaldus qui vivait à l'époque féodale. Donald leur raconte alors son aventure dans le contexte de la longue guerre opposant le duc Picsor de Picsonie et les Rapetor, le premier voulant recouvrer sa dette d'un écu. Donaldus cherche à produire le sérum de longue paix pour y mettre un terme, mais craint de ne pouvoir l'achever avant son trépas. Le sorcier Méphistophélès et son alliée la Sorcière souhaitent au contraire que la guerre se poursuive. Méphistophélès propose à Donaldus de retrouver sa jeunesse s'il s'engage dans l'une des deux armées et la Sorcière rajeunit alors l'alchimiste. Méphistophélès et la sorcière enlèvent aussi Marguerite, la nièce de Picsor, pour faire croire qu'elle a été enlevée par les Rapetor. (by Horace555, history)
