Mickey a surpris un indien au commande d'un étrange engin submersible qui vient accoster sur les plages de nuit. L'ayant pris en chasse, sa filature le mêne vers les pôles. Là, il découvre que l'indien est un bandit déguisé qui terrorise les tribus autochtones pour s'emparer de leurs fourrures puis les revendre. Pour cela il se grime en homme de neigegéant.
