history
Goofy and Ellsworth take part in a cormorant-fishing competition, and so does Horace. Goofy doesn't have a cormorant, but it doesn't take long to Ellsworth to disguise as one. Among the competitors there's Trudy, whose presence obviously makes Ellsworth suspicious... As it turns out, it is in fact a cover, Trudy's cormorant is actually picking up smuggled diamonds from Pete's midget submarine. Ellsworth manages to disable the submarine, and Goofy manages, by goofy chance, to catch it with his fishing line and haul it up.
