I don't understand where is the problem... "statua" is present only in the list of FSB characters (that's in Italian), not in those of issues...

Maybe I have understand the misunderstanding... the story "I TL 2919-1P" in the index of issue TL 2919 lacks of [xapp] tag, so the characters are taken from the FSB file, that's in Italian.
Now, I have added them in the index, so if with the next update we will see "statue" instead of "statua" that is the solution and I will correct also the other cases.

Yes, I know, I wrote it in my first reply, but that file is in Italian so using there "statua" is correct, imho, and there are many other similar cases as "quadro" or "sogno".

I found this issue:

where "cover" in the [xref] of element 'a' changes changing the language for English, Franch and Italian but not for German... so 'our problem' could depend by the missing connection between "statua" and "statue" in the translation file.

I added them in the "refreasons-it" file, we will see tomorrow if something will be changed ;-)

Well, some changes has happened but not as I hoped.

The translations works only in the page with the index of issue file and not in the story one, anyway I continue to think that it is correct using Italian in the FSB file ;-) what do you think?

The translation is not picked up at all (as it only translates comments for xrefs, not for the list of character appearances; hence the name 'refreasons'), but as the Topolino index contains an explicit xapp with 'statue', the FSB xapp with 'statua' does not come into play.

Please correct the story code to W WDC 73-02.

It currently says W WDC 81-02, which was published in https://inducks.org/i...%2FPD+1234

Someone mixed them up because both stories are about gold digging and were published in the same month in Brazil.
