en	Suffering from fainting fits, due apparently to overwork, Mickey agrees to spend some time with his Aunt Topolinda. He goes to her farm accompanied by Atomo Bleep-Bleep. While there, Mickey notices an old photo of Aunt Topolinda wearing an Indian necklace, but she no longer has it and is anxious not to talk about it. Later Mickey learns that Mouseton is the subject of an overwhelming crime wave. At Chief O'Hara's request, he and Atomo Bleep-Bleep return to town to investigate. Mickey decides to check on his old enemy Pete who is in jail and being visited by his girlfriend Trudy. As she leaves, Mickey notices that she is wearing Aunt Topolinda's necklace! Diese reagiert sehr verdächtig, als MM sie auf eine Indianerhalskette anspricht, die sie auf einem alten Foto trägt. Gleichzeitig erschüttert eine beispiellose Serie von Diebstählen Entenhausen. it	Topolino e Atomino bip bip indagano circa un'ondata di furti che investe la città. Fa apparizione Trudy, complice del carcerato Gambadilegno che, pedinata da Topolino e Bip bip, sparisce in una capanna. Alle soglie di essa Topolino si sente male e sua zia Topolinda gli rivela come in quel luogo lui fosse stato, in tenera età, liberato dai piccoli Gamba e Trudy che avevano chiesto in riscatto alla zia uan sua collana di origine apaches-chirikawa. Grazie a Bip bip Topolino riesce a ricordare l'episodio e in un passaggio segreto nella capanna, dal quale era passata Trudy, si trova nel centro dei criminali fautori dell'ondata di furti. Dopo essere sopravvissuti a dei sistemi anti-intruso, Topolino e Bip bip mettono fuori gioco Trudy, il capo, e scoprono che ella si teneva in contato tramite una radio con Gambadilegno in carcere che le impartiva gli ordini. A quel puno in carcere Gambadilegno spiega come al momento della liberazione di topolino anni prima, lui e Trudy avessero scoperto il passaggio segreto e si fossero riproposti di usarlo come centro criminale. E se Trudy non avesse portato al collo per ricordo la collana chirikawa, Topolino non si sarebbe messo sulle sue tracce. (by leomoriani@hotmail.it, history)
