Judge Fitzsimmons

Donald and Scrooge are summoned to court in order to decide which of them is to inherit from a distant relative. The judge rules in favour of Scrooge but when he goes to the bank it is to learn that he has to pay a large sum for the renting of the safe deposit box which contains the inheritance. Scrooge is hesitant since the safe may contain either some valuable items or just junk. He therefore decides on radical action: he will fake his own death and thus leave it to Donald to pay the deposit. Scrooge can then claim it if there is anything of value in the safe. However, on learning of his uncle's "death", Donald is more focused on another inheritance.
