Scrooge McDuck heads back to Duckburg on a plane to buy an auctioned land where only he knows deposits of lucrative uranium lie. However, the Beagle Boys somehow learn about his secret plan, hijack McDucks's plane and leave the duck stranded in a deserted island to miss the auction.
