To get a Christmas card of Scrooge, Donald has to look at the bulletin board inside the money bin. Donald, however, wants to receive a real Christmas card, and forges a contest that the person with the best Christmas card, sent to a relative, gets a prize. Scrooge makes many Christmas cards, but Donald always disagrees with the card. At the end, Scrooge calls the mayor to ask about the contest, and it appears that it is fake. The mayor, however, finds the idea so good that he really organizes the competition, and Scrooge wins the money prize.
