HAZ has invested lots of time and money in making the ultimate magic top hat for a very famous magician. Using the best enciclopaedia she made the hat able to produce everything named there, but due to editors error, the enciclopaedia lacks the word "rabbit", and the hat inherits the problem. In the show where the magician tests the hat GO asks him to take a rabbit out of it, and the failure makes HAZ went bankrupt and revenge on GO.
