He is quite a super villain connoisseur, and he is confident that he can outsmart any master mind and super villain in past or present. He is quite arrogant, and until he meets the Duck Avenger for the first time he has actually never heard about him. But when the Duck Avenger beats him, Dr. Dark sees the Duck Avenger as his personal cause for vendetta. The character is based on a contest drawing, visual design finalized by Diego Bernardo.
